All returns for customer error subject to $40 or 15% re-stocking charge. |

Supplier shall adhere to MIL-I-45208, ISO9001, or higher level quality system. |

|
Supplier shall adhere to all provisions found in FAR 52.246-2. |
|
|
Manufacturer Certifications and Test Reports required on all lots. |
|
|
All orders not delivered per scheduled due date are subject to cancellation. |
|
|
Supplier must notify Arizona Aero Fasteners, Inc. if any non-conforming product was shipped or may have been shipped at any time. |
|
|
All material shipped must adhere to DFARS 252.225-7014 Alt. 1 (Domestic Specialty Metals). |
